DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch your clothing, small decor items order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, in peak shopping periods (such as Christmas, Easter), you may need to allow up to 2 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order.
SHIPPING
Standard shipping for all domestic orders under $150.00 AUD(3-5 Days)
Express shipping for all domestic orders under $150.00AUD (2-3 Days)
Tracking Numbers: Will be issued via email by our customer service team as part of the processing of your order and can be viewed at
Responsibility: Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by Australia Post that we cannot be responsible for the delivery.
Furniture/bulky items
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to deliver. Postage is calculated based upon the weight of products. Our preferred method of delivery is Courier, for speed and reduced risk of breakage.
For larger items we use a courier service. An additional shipping fee will be charged, once we receive your order we will calculate your postage and contact you, prior to sending. If you would like a courier quote before purchasing please contact us via britandtil@gmail.com
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Brit&Til want your online shopping experience to be completed with ease and comfort.
We want you to love your products and feel beautiful. We understand shopping on-line may pose size difficulties, if you are unhappy with your size we will be happy to change the size or provide a store credit if your size is no longer available. To exchange your size please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Brit&Til will pack your garments with care, however if you receive a faulty garment, you must contact us within 7 days and we can exchange the garment. All Items should be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please DO NOT return items to us without contacting us first. We will not accept these returns and the items will be returned to Sender.
